Educational content :

Regional joint – muscle pains:
Lumbar and neck hernias (disc hernias) and osteoarthritis (calcifications)
Postural disorders in the waist, neck and back region, soft tissue-induced pain due to spinal curvatures called scoliosis.

Shoulder pain:
joint and surrounding tissue diseases; muscle-tendon injuries and tears; adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder), impingement syndromes

Elbow pain:
epicondylitis; tennis and golfer’s elbow.

Hand-wrist pain:
joint and soft tissue diseases, deguervein tendinitis, trigger finger, hand osteoarthritis with finger deformities

Knee pain:
Joint, meniscus and ligament diseases (meniscus-ligament lesions, knee calcification)

Ankle pain:
Pain due to trauma or osteoarthritis, deformities due to incorrect shoe use and related pain
Bone diseases such as osteoporosis, osteomalacia, Paget’s disease

Orthopedic problems:
Rehabilitation after arthroplasty (joint prostheses), more often in the knee and hip joints
Amputee rehabilitation (prosthesis and assistive device training of amputated or amputated body part)
Joint contracture (rehabilitation of post-traumatic range of motion restrictions, plaster splint)
Post-operative rehabilitation of tendon and nerve injuries and cuts
Rehabilitation of functional disability after fracture-dislocation-sprain

Neurological problems:
Paralysis after cerebrovascular disease (Trauma, Hypertension, other vascular causes)
Paralysis due to spinal cord injuries
Trap neuropathies (Carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome…)

Rheumatological problems:
rheumatoid arthritis
Ankylosing spondylitis
Psoriatic arthritis (joint involvement due to psoriasis)
acute joint rheumatism
Joint involvement due to Behçet’s disease
Other collagen tissue diseases with joint involvement
Fibromyalgia (soft tissue rheumatism or muscle rheumatism)

Local injections made in our unit:
painful spot injections
Intra-articular injections
Soft Tissue Injections such as Tendinitis and Bursitis
Injections for Trapped Neuropathies (nerve compression)

General information:
– The training will be in English.
– The price includes transportation between the airport and the hotel.
– There are only 2 Empty Seats.
– It is an Observation Training.
