Interventional Cardiology Observership Program<\/span><\/strong>
Turkey (05-16 \/ 12 \/ 2022)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Training Content : <\/span>
<\/b>Analyze operator risks from invasive angiography and intervention and employ risk mitigation strategies. <\/span>
Apply techniques for coronary interventions, including atherectomy; chronic total occlusions; bypass graft intervention; and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) , bifurcations, and multivessel disease. <\/span>
Describe optimal techniques for performing coronary intervention, including antithrombin and antiplatelet agents. <\/span>
Develop nonclinical competencies necessary for cath lab leadership, including managing team dynamics and finances and fostering a culture of safety through effective communication and reporting. <\/span>
Discuss the clinical indications and procedural techniques for performing left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO), atrial septal defect (ASD), and patent foramen ovale (PFO) closures; paravalvular leak closures; transcatheter mitral valve replacements (TMVRs); and transcatheter aortic valve replacements (TAVRs). <\/span>
Evaluate clinical guidelines, appropriate use criteria, devices, access techniques, and therapies for the treatment of cardiovascular disease to improve the early and late clinical outcomes after coronary\/peripheral\/structural heart disease interventions.<\/span><\/p>\n
